We traveled to Kauai, in the Hawaiian Islands in late May and early June. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the trip. Probably the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands, Kauai is the Northern and Western most of the main islands. We flew in to Lihue and stayed on the Coconut Coast for 5 nights. We toured the island by car and by helicopter during our stay. This Island is also the oldest Hawaiian Island and is one of the most rainy spots on Earth.
For this trip, the only camera used was a Nikon D300 and the lens kit was a 18-200mm VR zoom, 14-24mm zoom, 80-400mm VR zoom, 35mm prime and 50mm prime. Everything worked flawlessly.
